What points are evaluated during a hotel inspection?+
The 243 Atout France criteria cover: exterior and signage, lobby and common areas, rooms (minimum surface area, equipment, bedding, sound insulation), bathrooms (surface area, equipment), food service, services (24h reception, concierge, luggage storage), PRM accessibility (at least 1 adapted room), sustainable development (water, energy, waste management), and staff language skills (2 foreign languages from 3 stars up).
What safety standards apply to hotels?+
